Yes. Every product is made without dyes, phthalates, or harsh chemicals. We use recognizable, clean ingredients that are safe for everyday use and gentle on skin and surfaces.
Can I use the laundry detergent in HE machines?
Absolutely. Our formula is low-suds and fully compatible with both standard and HE washing machines.
What can I use the Multi-Purpose Scent Powder for?
It's our most versatile product! Use it on carpets, rugs, fabric surfaces, and even to wipe out sinks or add freshness to small spaces. It also doubles as a gentle laundry scent booster.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Because each product is handmade and fragrance-based, we can't accept returns on used items. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery — we'll make it right.
How long does shipping take?
Each order is poured, packed, and labeled by hand. Please allow 2–3 weeks for processing and shipping unless otherwise stated in the product description. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Where are your products made?
All Chic Home Co products are handmade, packaged, and shipped from our studio in Illinois.
