Orders & Processing Times

• Processing window: 10–15 business days unless otherwise stated (excluding weekends & holidays). Orders may ship sooner when possible.

• Made-to-order: Each item is hand-crafted in small batches.

• Order changes/cancellations: Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee edits or cancellations.

Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

• Shipping purchased through Shopify; labels auto-generated at checkout.

• Rates: Weight-based, calculated at checkout.

• Transit: Begins after processing; we are not responsible for carrier delays.

• Risk of loss: Transfers to the buyer once scanned by the carrier.

• Local delivery: Only by prior arrangement. Message us before ordering to request delivery.Terms of Service 

Returns, Exchanges & Defects

• All sales are final.

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective items. Include order number + clear photos.

• Approved claims may receive a replacement or store credit at our discretion.Terms of Service 

Pricing, Taxes & Payments

Prices may change without notice. Taxes are added at checkout. Payments are processed securely via Shopify.

Promotions & Discount Codes

Codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be combined unless stated.

Content & Intellectual Property

All names, blends, images, and text belong to Chic Home Co. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Chic Home Co is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability will not exceed the product’s purchase price.
