Returns & Exchanges
• No returns, exchanges, or cancellations after checkout.
• We do not refund for scent preferences or misuse of products.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or leaking:
1. Email us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and clear photos.
3. Approved claims may receive a replacement or store credit.

Requests after 7 days or without documentation are ineligible.
